"Wittelsbacher country" (Ancestral castle of the bavarian ruling house of Wittelsbach), located between Augsburg and Munich, about 110,000 inhabitants, trade in agriculture and nutrition, wood industry, mechanical engineering. The district is famous for growing asparagus.
